Last updated: January 2026

Overview

Aeronova Aviation Parts & MRO Supply maintains controls designed to support compliance with applicable anti‑money laundering and counter‑terrorist financing (AML/CFT) obligations and sanctions requirements relevant to our business.

UAE framework: Our approach aligns with UAE AML/CFT laws and regulations (including Federal Decree‑Law No. 20 of 2018 and related implementing decisions) and applicable sanctions regimes.

KYC & Due Diligence

  • We may request company documentation, beneficial ownership information, and end‑use/end‑user statements.
  • We may screen customers, suppliers and transactions against sanctions and restricted‑party lists.
  • We may decline or suspend transactions where due diligence is incomplete or risks are identified.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Use of supplied goods for prohibited end‑uses or by restricted end‑users.
  • Transactions that would breach applicable sanctions or export control requirements.
  • Attempts to conceal ownership, destination, or end‑use.

Record‑Keeping & Reporting

We may retain compliance records for audit and legal purposes and may report suspicious activity when required by applicable law.
