Documentation‑First Sourcing
Aeronova operates a documentation‑first sourcing process designed to ensure aircraft components are supplied with the certification and traceability specified at quotation.
Supported Certification & Airworthiness Documentation
Depending on part type, condition and regulatory applicability, components may be supplied with:
- FAA Form 8130‑3 (United States)
- EASA Form 1 (EU/UK)
- Dual Release (FAA/EASA) — where available
- OEM Certificate of Conformance (CoC) — for new parts
- Release certificates issued by approved repair stations
Certification requirements are confirmed during the RFQ/quotation stage so Buyers can verify suitability before placing an order.
Traceability & Configuration Control
- Back‑to‑birth / trace‑to‑manufacture (where required)
- Serial number and lot tracking
- Condition alignment (NE, OH, SV, REP, AR)
- Documentation and tag review
Where requested, supporting information such as serial confirmations or photographs may be provided prior to order placement.
Supplier Vetting & Quality Controls
- Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
- Approved Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities
- Established inventory holders with documented certification history
Supplier approval, certification history and traceability documentation are reviewed as part of our internal due‑diligence process.
Quotation Transparency
Quotes reflect known information at the time of issue, including certification, trace, condition, and lead time. Any assumptions are stated. We will flag discrepancies early to avoid surprises later.
Our Commitment
We reserve the right to request additional information (end‑use/end‑user, operator details, etc.) and to suspend a transaction if compliance conditions are not satisfied.
