Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of our website and our provision of quotations, brokerage/sourcing and related services. By contacting us or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Quotations & Validity
- Quotes are provided based on information available at the time (stock, lead time, condition, certification, trace).
- Unless stated otherwise, quotations may be withdrawn or revised prior to order confirmation.
- Any assumptions (cert/trace/condition) are part of the quotation.
Orders, Payment & Title
- Orders are confirmed upon our written acceptance (including email) and may be subject to compliance approval.
- Payment terms are as stated in the quotation / invoice (e.g., prepayment, milestone, or agreed credit terms).
- Title and risk transfer as specified by the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms in the quotation/invoice.
Delivery, Lead Time & Delays
- Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, export controls, force majeure, or third parties are outside our control.
Returns & Warranty
- Return eligibility is subject to our written approval and the supplier’s return policy.
- Warranty (if any) is as stated on the quotation/invoice and may be limited by the original issuer of the release documentation.
Export Control, Sanctions & AML
Transactions may be subject to export controls, sanctions and AML/CFT requirements. You agree to provide reasonable information for due diligence and not to use supplied goods for prohibited end‑uses/end‑users.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or downtime). Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction will not exceed the amount paid to us for the relevant goods/services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
