Scope & Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy explains how Aeronova Aviation Parts & MRO Supply (“Aeronova”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit our website, submit an RFQ, or communicate with us.

UAE focus: We aim to follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree‑Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable regulations. Where a specific free zone framework applies (e.g., DIFC/ADGM), we follow those requirements for the relevant processing.

What Data We Collect

  • Contact details (name, company, job title, email, phone number).
  • RFQ / enquiry details (part numbers, quantities, condition, certification requirements, delivery preferences, attachments).
  • Compliance/KYC information when required for trade (company details, end‑use/end‑user confirmations, screening information).
  • Technical data (IP address, browser/device type, logs used for security and troubleshooting).

How We Use Your Data

  • Respond to RFQs and enquiries, provide quotations, and manage communications.
  • Process orders, coordinate sourcing, logistics, and after‑sales support.
  • Perform supplier/customer due diligence, compliance checks, and maintain audit records.
  • Maintain website security, prevent fraud, and protect our systems.

We process personal data where necessary to respond to your request and to take steps before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal/compliance obligations (including AML/CFT and sanctions screening), and for legitimate business interests such as security and record‑keeping.

Who We Share Data With

  • Suppliers, MROs, logistics providers, and service partners required to fulfil your request.
  • Professional advisers (legal, audit) and compliance service providers (screening/verification) where needed.
  • Authorities or regulators where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

International Transfers

Our operations and partners may be located outside the UAE. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections consistent with applicable law.

Data Retention

  • RFQ and commercial records are generally retained for business, audit and legal purposes.
  • Compliance/KYC records may be retained for longer where required by applicable AML/CFT and sanctions frameworks.
